NOORDT X OEDIPUS

What do you bring to the table for a collaboration? Well, with Brouwerij Noordt we started with a bunch of our own beers. Sparks flew when two of them met: Swingers, our lemon gose, and Noordtsingle, their American wheat ale. We started blending them right there and then on the bar. Just like the best collaborations, both parts bring out the best in each other to create something new. Not a sour version of Noordtsingle, or a malty version of Swingers. No. Swingle. It’s young, fresh and ready to mingle.
